Welcome to Spiritual Direction-

This practice is grounded in the ancient tradition of listening together with a trusted and experienced companion for the movement and presence of the Holy in your life. 

Spiritual Direction is also a relationship through which you can explore deep sacred wisdom and connection to the Ground of All Being.  Some know and name this presence God, Great Spirit, Abba, She Who Is, or many other names. 

While I was formed by the Christian tradition, I honor and am conversant in many wisdom traditions.  

Together we will seek and cultivate a relationship with the really real, and the truly true to find out what that means to you.
